You need to be reasonably fit and agile.  You must also be able to understand and carry out instructions given in English. 

The terrain we negotiate is very varied with any combination of rocky, uneven, steep, wet, slippery and muddy being encountered.  We also splash or wade through water, walk along ledges and scramble over huge boulders...

We provide all the necessary clothing and equipment (but not the shades!).              You will need to bring: - Your camera, neck strap and it's    protective carrycase        - Lunch & a bottle of water   (something that will withstand being   bumped around in a caving pack and   can be eaten in the dark) - Soap, Shampoo and towel for the   shower after.   .... and your sense of humor perhaps!

If you have any medical condition, recent injury, past injury or anything else which may affect your ability to move through rough terrain you need to inform us when you make your booking.  Not sure if something will be a problem or not?  Tell us about it!
